Firehouse Subs 969 - West Valley City

I had an excellent experience at Firehouse Steak Cheese. I always like to add chopped bell peppers and pickles, and they make the dish even better! The Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket was, as always, a hit and never disappoints. The only downside was my brownie, which was either undercooked or soggy, so I ended up getting a refund for it.

As for the turkey bacon ranch sub, it had only two slices of mushrooms and a mere three slices of bacon. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my order, which is unusual, as I usually enjoy everything I get from here. Tonight was an exception, and I felt it was important to share my experience to hopefully improve the quality of orders in the future. On a positive note, I was pleased with the resolution that DoorDash provided, which I accepted. DoorDash is undoubtedly the best platform to order from, and I'm grateful that I can enjoy Firehouse Subs through their service.

The sandwiches were soggy on the bottom and incredibly messy, with everything spilling out. They weren't even cut in half; one was cut 4 inches and the other 8 inches. It was a complete mess, and not at all what I have come to expect from the quality of other Firehouse locations I've visited.

Good sandwich, I didnt get my extra mushrooms but oh well
