Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. We have visited twice, and both experiences were disappointing. During our first visit, we stood at the entrance for nearly ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us, as the staff seemed preoccupied in the back. On our second visit, despite asking twice, my bottomless fries weren't refilled until we were about to leave. Additionally, the noise level was quite high, with employees using foul language and engaging in immature banter throughout our meal. On a positive note, the food was consistent with the delicious Red Robin fare we expect, but the service issues really detracted from the overall experience.

I don't have anything negative to say about Red Robin. I consider it a disappointing month if I don’t dine here at least twice. Everything on the menu is delicious, and I especially love their burgers. The crispy chicken salad is fantastic and can easily serve two. In my opinion, their strawberry shake is the best out there!

The burgers at this place are fantastic! I experienced a slight wait on the Saturday I visited—about 20 minutes—but they text you when your table is ready, making it really convenient since we could browse the mall to pass the time. Their wings are also incredible! Everyone should try this restaurant at least once; I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Today I placed an online order for some fish and chips. I’m having guests over tonight and wanted comfort food, fast with quality. These guys DELIVERED! Not actually delivered but I mean they gave me exactly what I am in need given I am running with shirt notice. I will for sure be ordering again. Fast, efficient and quality. My kinda mix. Awesome food and waitress was friendly fast and friendly. Hustled everytime. No excuses and was on top of the refills! I think her name was Stefanie. Bless her heart and shout-out for her service. Thanks.
