Thai This - West Valley City

We wanted Pho but we were unsure what we were going to get at the name place is Thai This. Well we did get some excellent Pho along with some delicious and huge spring rolls.

Started out with the Thi iced tea and was amazing. Topped with whip cream. A giant bowl of soup awaiting me. Incredible flavor! A touch of sweet with the tropical influence of pinapple and a coastal influence with coconut and shrimp. A taste like nothing i had before. Homemade hot sauce on table is fantastic! Great service. Outstanding selection of entres from both Thailand and Laos. Owner is from Thailand and Wife Is from Laos.

Great food for the price, the curry could be sweater for the yellow curry BUT that's my opinion everything else was amazing

The restaurant is nice and clean, and the service is incredibly fast. The portions are generous and the prices are very affordable. I was curious about how they managed to keep costs low, but the pork was tender and flavorful, while the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, making for a truly outstanding lunch experience. The drinks are impressive in size and only cost $2, so I highly recommend choosing one of those over a soda.
