Firehole Bbq Co. - West Yellowstone

Best ribs I’ve ever had. They were thick, tender, great flavor the bbq sauces were fantastic. Excellent service. The owners were very friendly. Heard several other customers commenting on how great the food was. If you’re in West Yellowstone, you need to pay them a visit.

The food was great and decently priced. Very casual dining so comfortable. Highly recommend.

The brisket sandwich was amazing and the place felt homey. Reasonably priced as well. If we are ever back this way we will for sure stop here.

Food is excellent. Meaty ribs (best I had in a long time, well-drawn pig (no eastern NC sauce, but no one is perfect, and really good beans. Very no-frills, but it is an excellent value. The staff is good, cooperative and polite. Of course, they enjoy their work, even if that means they have to laugh at my dad's jokes. (Actually the jokes are not *that* bad. So good that we ate there twice. And they remembered us, even. Would highly recommend, five stars are not enough. Definitely worth a stop when we return.

Guys... This place is amazing. We had bbq throughout the country, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, etc., etc. This place is the best of the best. Good food, great prices and great people. I am proud to call my first customer on the opening day!
