A nice spot to decompress between the wineries above & the lake shore below. Nice staff, the usual beloved coffee & TimBits :-)

Witnessed an employee dipping the donuts in chocolate with his bare hands last Saturday, where are the plastic gloves? Made me throw up in my mouth.

Next to our hotel, no line up, usual tims service and quality. located in the hotel court yard. very friendly

My husband and I shook our heads as the teenage girl delivered our tea at the drive through while she was having a personal conversation with a co-worker, no eye contact, stuck her hand out the window while talking sideways to her coworker, no thank you or acknowlegement. Its a good thing she didn't drop the hot drink on us - she seriously missed out on providing any type of customer service.
