I got the wrong food. food is lacking in taste and overpriced.

The restaurant was empty and they sat us in a lower level section, just a terrible table near the kitchen and awful view. When the restaurant is empty why not seat your customers at the best possible table not the worst possible table The owner wouldn’t have done this. The hostess didn’t think or didn’t care. Despite this the meals were good.

The food and service were excellent. The reason I dont give it a five is they were out of the flavor of gelato I ordered.

Great service. Appetizer came out late and slightly cold in the middle (risotto balls). Food was good, not great. Server was very friendly and attentive.

One of the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Waited over 45 minutes just to get water, let alone order a drink let alone dinner. Was to be a special night, but one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. After all that wait, the waiter comes over and says I 'm just a bartender. Meanwhile, the 6 tables of all 20-something females had drinks, dinner served before we had a waitstaff to visit our table, so it wasn 't just a short staff situation. Then, no comp, no apology, nothing. Such unprofessional service for a $200+ dinner is inexcusable. Despite reasonable food, NO NOT EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!
