This is a very good place in general, but they need to work on better coaching staff. I went to Hanfstead to order custom cakes because of their quality, but for a few times they did not make the design, like the picture I gave them, and beside the manager was very rude, so I stopped going to Hanfstead and decided to give Westbury an attempt. The first time it was perfect, but last week I had a very bad experience. I ordered a custom cake and I asked her if they were able to make it, and they said 3 times) when I went to pick up my cake, I had to wait 1 hour until the cake was ready, the cake was ready at 12 and it was ready at 1:15 and they blew the cake. their printer broke or something so that the image was all green and also that they fall a piece of PAPER on my cake.... instead of the paper on a basis or something you 't put non-eatable items on a cake), which can be dangerous and people actually get food poison. so I literally took my cake to another bakery, so they can fix the topping. If you say you'll do something you have to do. Don't offer anything you can't do.

Excellent Customer service. The tripe soup is amazing amazing. I also had the coffee and cheese danish which filled me to satisfactory. Wouldn't definitely be coming back.
