Captain Steve's Seafood - Westerly

I have been customer of Captain Steve's for over 8 years. I called the Harrisburg location to put a large order for 80 pieces of baby Flounder for an special event. I was quoted $1.10 per piece from Pete we sealed the deal of a date and time for the order to be picked up. We hung up the phone. I then received a call about 20 min later telling me the price was incorrect and that the price per piece was now $1.50. That didn't sit well with me and I feel like they should have honored the price they had quoted me. I reached back out to Captain Steve's and left my name and contact information again for Pete to call me back to discuss. I never received a call back. You should stand by your own mistakes and take care of the customers who help take care of your establishment.

We came in for lunch on a Sunday with a group of 11. Our waiter was Reginald Reggie and he was top notch. We 've had great experiences before but Reggie was spot on with his pleasant personality and the care he showed the elderly ladies in our group. He was very attentive at keeping the yummy hushpuppies and honey butter flowing until our food arrived. As always the plates are full and hot and always enough leftovers to take home. Everyone in our group had a great time and enjoyed the food. This was one of our spot on visits where everything hit A out of the park. Thanks Reggie! I hope your bosses know they have a hard worker who has a great personality and everyone liked him. It was also great seeing his teammates assist with getting all the food orders out and served in a quick fashion. This was a rarity that it was this pleasant of an experience and I had to leave a review. I also plan on calling the store directly since they don 't seem to have a way to leave comments on their site.

To me everyday with my beautiful wife is a great day, everyday is a special day with her. Our way of celebrating special days. She picked your restaurant, I have to say the food was good and the service excellent. Thanks for a good experience.

They do a great job of serving a large party. Their menu provides many choices and the seafood is delicious.

We visited the Charlotte AutoFair and was trying to find somewhere nice to eat. Our favorite Cajun restaurant nearby just isn’t what it used to be. So using TripAdvisor’s recommendation we came here. Food was great, and a very special shout out to Mason who took care of us. Super service.
