Cinnaholic - Westfield

So my husband and I do not come to this place aware that all their menu items are vegan, but we decided to order the classic cinnamon roll with vanilla freezing. We also got ice cream coffee, and we had to choose from their selection of plant-based drinks. The cinnamon roll itself, (without freezing) had a hard texture not pleasant tasting. Frosting itself was okay, but not dying. Coffee wasn't the best. The atmosphere was great.

Very good quality! Delicious rolls that are never disappointed. This place lives up to Cinnaholics standards.

This is not a review of food, you have not even tried it yet, but only extremely dissatisfied with the organization of this place I never write reviews, but feel inclined to post so that the management can see and improve This location opens at 10 a.m. on Sunday, and I came at 10:02 and the place looked like a hot mess. Crossing on the ground, nothing out in the displays, and the worker was just chilling behind the register, looking at me as if I were there too soon. Shouldn't they be ready to go at the time of the opening?? I went out to try this place, and even though I had a bad first impression, I went ahead and put an order for two classic cinnamon rolls, thought that was easy. Not so much. I said I was ready in 10 minutes, but then not even the rolls in the oven for another 10 minutes. Ends to wait over 25 minutes that seems crazy for a Sunday morning, if you think they would be prepared for the business. Numerous people went in while I waited to pick up their mobile orders, which should be ready between 10 10 10:15, and everyone was also told that it was not ready and they had to wait. All were very upset. Overall, this was very disappointing because the concept is great, only the organization is seriously lacking. Workers did not seem to worry about the job at all, a spent time face timing on their phone behind the register. Very unprofessional, will not come back when changes are made.

It's not bad, it's not good. Just to my taste. The store seemed pretty clean. I recommend that you eat ASAP, before it cools down.

I?ve been coming here frequently and the service is always so friendly. Shoutout to Ellie, who is always sweet and patient even when things get busy. I love that everything is vegan! The cinnamon rolls are delicious and I look forward to my next visit :
