Burger King - Westfield

Absolutely horrible service has occurred twice now where I have gone through the drive thru and asked to give them a minute. Then orders for the next 3 cars in the right lane are taken. When you go inside, they don't acknowledge you are there. If I could, I would give them a negative 5 consider it is at best ok food.

This Burger King is awful. Every. Single time I come to this location I have to wait an obscene amount of time just to get through the drive-through not to mention every time I go inside all the employees are just sitting around doing nothing. I don't know what the management for this particular location needs to do but you need to hire more people that will actually be there to do their job and if they're understaffed hire more people it's ridiculous. I should not have to wait 20 minutes to get one sausage biscuit.

I flew back into town late Saturday night. Given my fridge was empty I decided to catch a quick breakfast at Burger King. It 's fast food, right? So, a quick breakfast is what I was seeking.I drove into the parking lot at 9:51am and entered the drive through. My order was simple, #1 Sausage Egg Cheese Croissant large (I want a large coffee). $8 good! Pull forward. That was fast! (spoiler alert this is where everything came to a grinding halt). There were four cars ahead of me. Four cars. I was fifth in line. As each driver drove up to the window, it would take 60 seconds before the window opened and the purchaser paid for their meal. During this time nobody came in behind me for the first 10 minutes showing that there was nothing to distract the window server from fulfilling meal orders.At 10:09am I finally reached the window. Yep, 17 minutes to serve four cars. That is better than 4 minutes per car. It took 60 seconds for me to be asked to present my card. She was trying to fill my coffee, and I saw there was a problem. She had to ask two other employees to come help with the coffee maker. She comes back do I want ketchup, salt, cream, etc? Just salt please. She closes the window, comes back in 40 seconds. The coffee machine is heating, you can wait another 5 7 minutes or you can have another drink. I appreciate the offer, I don 't want another drink, I ordered coffee. But, no, I am not willing to wait. Please just provide my food and I will go on my way as I have been here 20+ minutes already. Apologies here is your food. I am sorry. Thanks.The croissant is lukewarm. The hash browns are hot. No salt provided as asked apparently there was no reason to ask the question as it did not result in any action. No napkins provided either I am eating in my car....This was a 21 22 minute stop where I paid $8 and got $6 of my food, no salt, no napkins, and clearly no urgency to provide fast food fast. So, I won 't bother to return. This business needs to get its act together.

One of the nicer burger kings that I've ever been to.

Ice cold in there and service was slow. Customers were complaining about how cold it was. Service extremely slow, seemed like everyone there on island time.
