Mcdonald's - Westfield

Eating was ok the line in the drive thru was a little longer, then I would like to, but not bad about all

Everything was good, normal, routine but realized soda was a dollar every size, but icy was expensive!

Order quickly in the window, they do not wait long to get food.

I usually don’t eat mcdonald’s, but the woman wanted to stop. we have the bogo, big macs, order of eat and two drinks. the hairstyles were good fresh, hot. the big macs are not what they were earlier, they were two dry pattys, with very little Mac sauce, on a bungalow that seemed as if it was frozen, the bungalow just fell apart, almost tasted stale. I have thrown mine back into the box....gross. eh. maybe I try to try to mcd in another 5 years, next time on the big macs, maybe the friesen a drink that is about it.

My Son and I went, to the Westfield, Ma Store. We have been there a few times already. The Store is extremely understaffed. You can't even ask anyone a question. If, my Son didn't like going there sovmuch, I would never go back. I was there today 04/13/22. This Corporation needs to think about the Customer.
