Muzen Sushi - Westlake Village

Had a great time here. The sushi was absolutely delicious, with everything we ordered coming out fairly quickly and really really good. Would highly recommend it. It is a little expensive, but worth it.

Small local place, I love sitting outside. Great selection, very tasty sushi. Reliably delicious.

We Had Some Platters Delivered to Us today to Celebrate Our Cornea Specialist's Birthday and the Teriyaki Salmon Platter with Miso Soup was Beyond Amazing it was Tender, Flavorful, the Radishes and the Baby Tomato that Balanced Out the Sweetness of the Salmon and the Crunch from Salmon Skin was Complimented Well by the Arugula Salad

This place is very good, but they need more help during lunch hour. There was one server for the entire restaurant. It was difficult getting service, especially when we had to constantly waive him down. I'm hoping someone called out sick and it's not like this all the time. Like when you ask for Siracha and the beginning of your meal, but it arrives after you've finished eating. I had the Chicken/Veggies over rice. This came with a side of Miso and salad. I was able to substitute regular salad for a Seaweed Salad. Everything was fresh ad full of flavor. The rice was soft and tasted delicious after all the sauce from the chicken/veggies soaked it up. I'm not going to lie, that I'm still a bit bitter that I didn't get that Siracha until I was nearly done eating. My lunch ended with the Green Tea Mochi Ice Cream, which was standard compared to most Japanese restaurants. Cute spot, with tables and the Sushi bar. Located in a small strip mall and parking was a bit busy, but not impossible to find parking.

Sushi was really good! Got the seaweed salad and spicy crispy tuna. Wine not so much lol
