Taco Bell - Westlake

People screaming in the background at like 10pm on 4/13. male at the window asked me very rudely why i didn’t stop at the speaker (when i did). his blonde coworker told him i did and it was the car behind me, told me they didn’t sell potatos anymore yet it was still on the menu. once i pulled around employees were fighting with people outside the building. will never be back lol

Do not come here! Everything is disgusting! They are very rude! They are so unprofessional! When you confront them about them getting your order wrong they don’t know how to respond and Resort to being Ignorant.

It would be impossible to mess up our order any further than they did. They forgot to include our burrito, they forgot to put chicken on our chicken soft taco, the beefy nachos were just crumbs with a pile of beans on top, no beef. $20 down the drain. I guess it was the universe telling me I would be better off eating an apple.

This Taco Bell is absolutely absurd. Manager is very rude and cowardly. Employees are even worse, their topic of conversations was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE! The bathroom was filthy, so you can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst place to get food. All the workers are racist and ignorant.
