Little Caesars - Westland

If you want rude service, long waiting time and, still a rude and annoying manager going here, I think any interaction I had when someone working here is terrible. I always try to be very polite and considerate, because I understand that it comes in the kitchen, but even just to call it, is almost guaranteed to be rude and even most of the time will hang on you when you ask them questions. Terrible place, terrible service, decent food, but is ruined by a consistently bad experience

Waited 45 minutes in line just to get to the window and get told that they aren?t accepting gift cards. Good to know. This location sucks in general, takes forever and pizza is always cold.

Please be more sufficient with drive-thru wait time. Was told to pull into a parking spot after my order was taken and told my order should be out in about 5 minutes. Cars came and left.. still no one brought my order out. I had to ask an employee as they were leaving someone else?s car, what was taking my order so long after so many cars that came after me had gotten their orders. The employee had no idea what my order was?I had to tell him my name and order and he went right in and got my order. I waited almost 50 minutes. I really think they forgot about my order. Would?ve been nice to get an apology.

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and it tasted terrible. I've had pizza from little ceasers before and this pizza was off. The sauce tasted sour, the dough was not right. It was gummy, not their normal dough?? Even the bread sticks were undercooked. Got it Sunday, 8-15-21 at 450/515pm. Something isn't right with this, very disappointed!

This is the worst little caesars to go to. I only came here because it?s the closest to me but they clearly don?t care about what they give to you. The crazy bread is dry. Don?t spend your money here.
