Írjon visszajelzéstI'm pretty sure they are understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees! All the staff were courteous and kind, but they were overwhelmed by a few rowdy customers. It's a shame that the owner didn't pitch in and assist. Orders were mixed up, resulting in long wait times. Overall, the COVID situation has brought out the best in some people, but the lack of help led to a chaotic and disorganized experience.
My daughter had never been in a McDonald’s before, and when my mom took her in there the staff immediately threw his hand up and called the manager on her, which told her she was only allowed to sit inside if “other customers were in there already”. Take the sign in the window down, they won’t let you sit inside even though it says you can’t.
This review is to shine some light on an employee named Jared. I have noticed him working at this location for about a year now. He is usually there early ams but now it seems he's there at night also. He is always kind, polite and prompt. You can tell he actually cares about the job he is doing and the experience the customers have. In my opinion he is a model employee and deserves recognition for being one. Thank you Jared for being so awesome!
We ordered a sausage and a mcgriddle without a cheese and a sausage biscuit with a egg. Why is this place even open when they can't do anything right? the inner is a circumferential door of men coming through their order from the running gear.
I dislike the fact that you have to use a kiosk to order your food at this restaurant. It was a terrible experience.
