The menu makes it clear which dishes are the highlights, with the house specials prominently featured at the front. The Lu-ee roll grabs your attention right away, and for good reason—it's fantastic! As we dined, more people started to trickle in, and the owner seemed to recognize most of them, suggesting they are regulars. This is probably because the food is so delicious that once you try it, you keep coming back for more. There was a couple who came in and ordered at least four dishes, just like us. We both opted to overorder, which is the best strategy so you can enjoy leftovers after your meal. You can even buy some dumplings frozen to prepare at home later. In my opinion, anyone living nearby who hasn’t tried this restaurant is missing out. If I were to have a last meal, many of the dishes from Peking Restaurant would definitely be on my plate. All they need to add are BBQ ribs, and I would be completely satisfied! =D

Peking Restaurant, or as I like to refer to it, Little Beijing, serves the most delicious Chinese food around. Tucked away in Garden Grove, this charming little eatery is a hidden gem that not many people know about (I even had to add it to the site myself!). The menu is filled with fantastic options, especially the House Specials. If you’re unsure of what to choose, don’t hesitate to ask the friendly owner for recommendations; she’ll likely point you to some of the delightful dishes I’ve mentioned below. One tip I recommend is to order more than you think you’ll eat—this way, you’ll have leftovers to enjoy when you’re craving Chinese food at home! =D

This restaurant has been under the same ownership for more than 30 years! Whenever we crave Chinese food, we go to Peking Restaurant; it's the best Chinese place in the area!

Dumplings are delicious. Honey roasted spare ribs are also very good.

This place has the best traditional Chinese food. Whenever we have visitors from China at our workplace I bring them here and every single one of them is overly impressed. They tend to eat at this place for the rest of their visit which I don’t mind joining them. I spent a month visiting all over China and can tell you this place is homemade authentic Chinese food at its best. Reminds me of my trip to China every time. Although I don’t want this place to get busier and I think the others that always eat here would agree…this restaurant deserves the reward of being a rewarded business. Definitely the best!!! BTW, be prepared for a lot of food!
