McDonald's - Franchise - Weston

We went through the way. the service at the pickup window was slow, I had to wait about 8 minutes before someone came into the window, I ordered a meal and when I came home, the burger was dry.

I enjoy a hot fudge sunshade. at the lower end, in my last bite, I'm into something weird. I looked at it and it was part of a bug! I was totally robbed. I'll never eat there again.

K I could give zero stars. all the employees are standing around and talking. manager included. I'm in the load there waiting for someone to even take our order for 10 minutes. I'm gone a few times and I don't want to be honest. for a Weston location the service sucks slowly and rudely.

I should've checked my bag before leaving the drive thru...this place forgot an item, and I find out when I got home. I go back, and they want to argue with me, as if I committed some type of burger fraud. Really!?! Take responsibility for your oversight and humble yourselves a bit. Not a good look
