Pizza Lovers Bistro - Weston

The pizza was tasty, but the service was lacking. I inquired with our waiter about ordering a custom pizza with onion and olives, only to be told that there was a pizza on the menu without olives. I ended up ordering that pizza and added olives as an extra topping. Unfortunately, when the pizza arrived, it was missing the onions I had requested. The waiter did not take responsibility for the mistake, simply stating that the pizza didn't have onions. Although the pizza itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was frustrating due to the service.

After eating here before and having a nice meal, we ordered takeout (pickup) for dinner tonight. Simple pepperoni pizza and a meatball panini no changes from the menu. The pizza was cold and the panini was just all wrong. There was no cheese, which was a listed ingredient, almost no sauce and there was very little meatball. When I called to complain, I was told that I could bring it back, which would only make my experience worse. I asked for a credit and was told they can't give a partial credit. Curious but repeated that they can't. They then offered to give me a credit for the cheese on a future visit. I commented that they needed to care more about their customers and was told to have a nice evening. I will, hope they can.

Incredible experience here at Pizza Lovers Bistro. Our first time coming and we’re excited to come back again as soon as possible. Food was delicious, service was excellent, our server Fatima went above and beyond, atmosphere felt intimate and warm. Afterwards, it was a 10/10 experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
