Subway - Weston

This is a really nice, clean underground location. I've been on this place twice. I'd rate it five stars for cleanliness and correct ordering, but I have to turn two off for customer service. both of them I was there, I had a middle woman who served me. Every time she says nothing until I repeat my order (which is in order, but if they don't let me know that they are ready to hear my order and just to stare at me, is it unpleasant? and when I do, she gets angry that I want to be on my order and keeps telling me that it costs extra. if I let them know that this is good, she still has attitude with me and throws the door of the door, ingredients, etc. I feel like there is no reason to be so hostile, and as a health worker who has to have good night for a living, I really wish that they would work with this special worker: all other workers are very kind to go back to my work, and if there were not for these to stay

Food is fresh. Service (William Davila) is nice and professional. Congrats!!! Keep it up!

William and Conchita are the best. I love when they make my sandwich! There are the best employees I came acrossed… Customer service is out of the world!! I love coming here for lunch during my break from the office near Weston!!!

I don 't usually waist my time writing reviews for fast food restaurants, but I 'm a bit frustrated here. For the most part they are pretty good about how they make the sandwiches. When I do eat here I like to get a subway club, turkey, ham and roast beef. For a while subway had stopped carrying roast beef, but back by popular demand they brought back roast beef. I was there the other day, I order a club sandwich and the guy making the sandwich tells me roast beef is to expensive and it discounted. Of course it 's on the menu! The sandwich that replaced it, the all American club is not the same. Its turkey, ham and bacon, not mention it has to be toasted. I don 't know if it 's just that location or if it 's the whole franchise that has stopped carrying roast beef and I don 't care, just make up you mind, either have roast beef or don 't! If its a matter of price, I 'd pay the extra amount for roast. You already charge for all the extras anyways, what 's one more thing!
