The finest Starbucks in Bergen County! The drive-thru service is exceptional!

I recently ordered from their app and when I requested extra syrup, they didn't include any at all. I submitted my feedback through their website and received a fantastic response. Today, when I went back to pick up my drinks, the manager informed my husband, who picked them up, that she personally made the drinks herself. I really appreciate this attention to detail, and it’s moments like these that make me a loyal customer at Starbucks. Everyone can make mistakes, but they always strive to get things right.

Good customer service, and the drinks are great! Only complaint is how inconsistent the hours are; it?s just easier to see if they?re closed on the Starbucks app, compared to hours on Google.

Mobile orders can take too long but in person is quicker. Sometimes they forget the Hazelnut but add it when Ive made them aware, not a big deal. Always stop here so am in an out.
