Subway - Weymouth

The size of the sandwich was ridiculous. I took it back to the staff, and instead of replacing it with a new one, they added a bit more steak to my old sandwich and just rewrapped it in the same paper. It was the poorest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever seen. Additionally, they accused my daughter of something twice, which only added to our frustration. She was trying to catch an employee to clarify the situation. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never return to any Subway again, as there always seems to be a problem. This is why I stopped going there many years ago. The sandwiches are just too large and honestly, it’s quite shameful. They should be embarrassed about the service and quality at the Subway in Weymouth at the Pleasant Shops.

Owner/Staff of this subway does not accept coupon and do not let them know before ordering. note them and use other underground locations that are very helpful and they can use coupons. also they simply add everything much less in their sub, even if they ask them to add more. not good.

They give them less than the usual amount of meat and do not take good. contact corperat

I live in an apartment nearby and often visit this restaurant. I consistently receive excellent service, even during busy times.

Headed in there during shift not expecting much. Staff was very friendly place looked brand new. Food was way better that most subways I have been too. Never have seen a sub shop so clean and friendly. Def recommend going and trying it out.
