Mcdonald's - Wheeling

The food was delicious and served hot. My special request was handled with care and the staff was clean and polite.

After feeling hesitant to leave a negative review, I decided to share my experience at this restaurant. Upon arriving at the drive-thru at 8:04am, I had to wait for 9 minutes before anyone took my order. When I went inside to place a touch screen order, I saw a woman who appeared to be asleep against the wall. On a second visit, I witnessed the manager pulling a young man off his shift early to address footage showing him not wearing gloves while making customers' orders and not washing his hands after smoke breaks. This conversation took place in plain view and hearing range of customers like myself trying to place an order. I would advise against dining at this restaurant.

Hard to get employees attention when you need something but other than that pretty fast and accurate The tea could be a little sweeter though lol.Parking: tons of spots to park plus other spots that aren't even on the property you can park close by as well.Kid-friendliness: there is a Playland for kids but I would be careful in that room because all the tables are square and pointed which I believe they should be rounded because my son actually hit his head on one of the corners of the table playing in that room and I was very upset about the fact that the tables were not curved and a kid friendly environment like they should have been but that's their business and they need to figure that one out for themselves I guess once a child hits her head hard enough they will probably end up changing those tables I'm sure. they do have a family bathroom but it is not very well kept clean and the changing table is not very sturdy but other than that the plane land is a blast for the kids they love it just watch the tables that's all I say got to say as a mother. have fun

It’s always so cold in the dining area. My elderly mother enjoys dining out so when we go to this McDonald’s she has to wear a winter coat.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 burgers. Finally went inside and I our order was not even started. Asked for my money back. Not worth the wait.
