Írjon visszajelzéstI've been here a handful of times and the food is pretty good. But their service is horrible. Every time I place an order ahead of time it still takes a long time to be finished. The website says it should be ready in about 15 min. I get there 15min after I placed the order and the guy working there says it it'll be 3 minutes. But it always ends up being about 15 more minutes. The guy seems to be the only employee working while the person I'm assuming is the manager just hangs out in the back or walks around aimlessly. Now the guy actually preparing the food is one the slowest food workers I have ever seen. I've worked in plenty of fast casual places and he is in my bottom %10 of productive workers. I feel bad for him kind of but you'd think he'd get a little better after a while. But it's not his fault the manager just leaves every order to him.
Placed online order, went to target and returned but the order still wasn't ready. Workers said it'd be 5 minutes but ended up waiting an hour total. Plenty of other upset customers with me, some requested refunds and workers didn't know how to process that , manager was called and didn't want to deal with it. Place used to be good but now wait times are ridiculous, won't be visiting anytime soon.
I ordered 50 wings last night through the app. When I arrived, there was a line out the door and only two employees working their butt off. While my order wasn?t ready, and I had to wait a decent amount of time for it, it was prepared perfectly and hot. The manager thanked me profusely for my patience and apologized for the wait time, explaining they lost an employee midway through the night. He gave me extra wings and veggie sticks. The guys here are top notch, remember we?re all human and to tip!
I just made an order online at around 9pm. I got the triple meal deal promo which should include 6 classic wings, 6 boneless 2 tenders and a large fry. My order was wrong and when I called to inform them of this no one answered. I called 4 times and sat on hold waiting for the call to be picked up about 10 minutes each time and no one ever answered so now I'm stuck with the wrong food, no recourse and no time to go back and rectify it since no one apparently knows how to answer a phone. It just played that stupid marketing message over and over and over again and no one ever bothered to actually pick up. Mind you, when I went in the place was empty and there were 2 people working. You mean to tell me you can't answer none of my 4 calls while your establishment is literally devoid of customers? I won't return because that is horrible customer service. I'd give no stars if I could.
Even though the Wheeling location is closest to my house, I drive 10 minutes further to Mundelein for my wings. This location messes up my order every time. Every. Single. Time. I ordered from Wheeling tonight because I didn?t feel like driving an extra 20 minutes, and guess what? They messed up my order. I?m done. I would have given one star, but I?ve never had a problem with the way their food tastes or the quality.
