The Brickworks Public House - Whistler

Great gin selection, food was excellent, service top notch. A little pricey, portions were small except for the drinks, which were huge and delicious! It's a small place, and it was busy, so it is a little noisy. Liked the decor!

Good food, great drinks, great atmosphere The male host was very personable and friendly. Server was knowledgeable but felt like we were rushed, and didn't say say goodbye or thankyou when it was time to pay just took the machine and tip.

I had never been to Brickworks before, and I was pleasantly surprised by its lively atmosphere and vibe. We enjoyed a delicious three-course meal. I chose the swordfish for my main course, and it was cooked perfectly! The carrot cake for dessert was moist and not overly sweet. The service was excellent, and the value for money was definitely worth it. I would gladly return.

Spent four days in Whistler over the Thanksgiving long weekend and this was our favourite meal of the trip. Very knowledgeable and friendly server, fantastic food and drinks, and they were kind and accommodating for one of our party with mobility issues. Can't wait to eat here again!
