Tim Hortons - Whitby

There were about eight staff members working, but no customers in sight. It took a while to get someone’s attention. However, once we were assisted, everything went smoothly from there.

The waitress was very friendly and showed a lot of respect.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I've ever visited. About 90% of the time, my order is wrong, and even when I do receive the correct order, the wait time is excessively long. The managers are disrespectful to both customers and staff. I strongly suggest that the owners consider hiring new management.

I completed a mobile order here. No one even asked why I was standing under the mobile order sign for a good 5 mins. I wasn’t in a rush so I wasn’t too bothered by it. When I was asked by a kind young gent the other 2 ladies decided to turn their heads and then went back to do what they were doing which was mainly prep, and have this poor guy make my order. There weren’t any customers at the drive thru or in the store at that time.The young gent was very pleasant and kind and professional.
