I went through the drive thru on 12/26/2023. It took a bit longer than expected but the staff remained polite and was apologetic.The food was delicious as always. Great work!

Roasted chicken too salty. Spoils the meat. Please reduce salt content. Service is slow at the back of the restaurant. Could be improved.

The customer service provided by the team tonight at Harvey’s went above and beyond! We ordered 2 poutines but the order was misheard and had to be remade. Immediately the staff made it right, apologized profusely, and kept us updated with when it would be ready. When it was ready, they apologized again and gave us 2 free pies. Considering how close to closing time it was, and everything going on in the world right now, it was surprising to have had such a genuine customer-conscientious experience. We greatly appreciated it and highly recommend this location! Thanks again.

Food is always fresh the staff is always nice. Gotta have the Buffalo chicken club

The food portion is good but the freshness is not there as the sandwiches and fries were cold by the time we drove off from the drive-through.Vegetarian options: There is veggie burgers and fries from what I saw, not sure if there were more options.
