Shawarma Ville - Whitchurch-Stouffville

Amazing local shawarma here in Stouffville!!It looks like they are closed until Mid April 2022 though. Went last night to see that they were closed :

They don’t give you what you order and refuse to change it when they make a mistake of your order. Zero stars never going to this place again

Basically, shawarma is ALL about the garlic sauce. This place has legit real garlicky garlic sauce. Take it from me, I used to live in abu Dhabi/Dubai. This place is the closest thing to the real shawarma experience in the middle east. 5 stars.

I have been coming here for some time but have noticed a downhill trend.The wrap quantity has become smaller and has less meat. Also, the lady that works there has a bit of an attitude toward many of the customers. I think the staff and their management should be more proactive to the negative reviews on here and look at improving their service and the quantity and quality of the food. Customers will give stores the benefit of the doubt but frequent misses will make them go down the street to Osmow's or other places in the city.

I ordered the onion rings and received just eight of them. The chicken shawarma was lackluster, and the plain white rice was drenched in garlic sauce, which was quite disappointing. I won’t be returning to this restaurant; it felt like a waste of time and money.
