Arby's - White Haven

This is a great fast food spot if you're looking for something different from burgers. I really enjoy the curly fries and the roast beef sandwiches.

The food at Arby's is truly delicious. However, the customer service at the drive-thru leaves much to be desired. It seems the staff may not enjoy their job. Personally, I'm not too concerned about their attitude as long as the food remains tasty and I receive what I pay for. The drive-thru is located in a quiet area, and the service was quite quick. As for the inside of the restaurant, I'll pass on that. Overall, cheers!

OMG!!! Delicious food! Customer service is incredibly nice! Amazing prices! We're just so sad for three days. But we will go there two more times until the end of the holiday!

Fast service for drive-thru and well stacked sandwiches. But they skip the horse sauce.

Business was a little slow but the staff was staying busy. As a former manager I saw behavior I hoped for from.my staff when I'd leave my store unattended for the day. Great with customers, doing sidewalk, having fun and making customers feel welcome. That is an art form because many places, the employees can get too wrapped up in their own conversations when it's slower and leave customers feeling like they are interrupting when they go to order. Not here, felt totally welcome and they went out of their way to help as I was on crutches. We will be back to this location!!!! Well done Arby's
