Tubby's Sub Shop - White Lake

Stopped for lunch today and the person working was very personable. Made us two great sandwiches. Had a smile on his face, made eye contact and seemed to genuinely care whether or not we enjoyed our experience. We will be going back next time we have a Tubby’s craving.

Bread was hard as a rock, had to pill it like a banana to even eat it. I shouldn’t have to play with my food to even enjoy it. 1/10

Friendly staff. Steak n cheese sub was good. The worker followed directions on my order. Clean restaurant. They have cupcakes from Just Baked. Parking: Shared at gas station. It's not a problem if they are not busy

Great steak and cheese with steamed onions on top. Would want to eat there but good food.

11/12/23, 3:00pm.... Not exactly sure what I did wrong as a customer. If you are the owner of this restaurant please tell me how I can be a better customer. I 've been coming here about once a month for a long time now. I came in today to surprise my wife with a few cupcakes. I stood at the register for few minutes while the young lady took someone 's order when the just walked in. I continued to stand there and again she kept ignoring me. I politely asked a few times if I could place an order... nothing.... maybe she didn 't hear me I thought. I then moved over to the counter where the cold side items are and she looked at me a few times. I finally asked if I could please an order and I know she heard me.... she says oh yea step over here. I 'm thinking good, so I commented that I tried to get her attention a few times and her reply is oh yea, we 've been busy . I politely excused myself thinking ok, well I probably should take my business someplace else because you are too busy . Look I know finding help is hard, and I have seen this young lady every time I 've stopped in over the past 2 months. Maybe she 's just tired of working I 'm not too sure. Like I said in the beginning, maybe I need to leave a bigger tip on the pop up screen next to the register.... got my own thoughts on that pushy sales tactic right there.
