Írjon visszajelzéstWe were attend a concert near by this hotel. Service was awesome from the front desk to other staff. However, the room we got did not have shampoo and hardly any body wash in the bottles. The room smelled like a wet dog or moldy smell due to the AC running and to much moisture in the room. I believe the room did not have enough ventilation. Love that they had a kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cutting boards, plates and silverware. I picked a plate off the rack assuming it was clean but it had old food stuck on it. Plus, the staff did not clean out the dishwasher.
Very disruptive stay. However when complaint was filed the front desk clerk/ manager was unapologetic and rude. Definitely not professional. Room checkin was delayed because rooms were not cleaned by the published “check in” time. Good Customer service is key to a quality experience…. First, I want to thank them for letting me check in early as soon as a room was available (noon instead of 3PM) as my incoming flight arrived at 8AM. My room was nice and clean. Some wear and tear on the desk chair and window curtain that they will probably replace during their cycle. I noticed the that hassock was new and there were plenty of older hassocks piled by the dumpster. Some reviewers were raving about the breakfast. Me, not so much. Frozen prepared egg selections and the usual waffles and cereal. But I was happy with the room and service.
Me an my wife stayed 7 days an enjoyed every day with the friendly staff Shante, Octavia,Michaela for all of the suggestions of things to do in baltimore an Philadelphia. An can't forget about Paul help at 230 in the morning. An the breakfast staff an the room cleaner for the great service. Will suggestions anybody to give this place a chance. Will stay here again when we visit again. Don't sleep on this staff there wonderful.
I usually do not do reviews or give 5 stars but the experience I had when checking in after traveling (driving) from Tampa, Fl to White Marsh, MD, being exhausted and all I wanted was to get in my room and crash. Octavia was awesome! I booked through my employer’s employee discount site and didn’t realize the booking and prepaid was for the location downtown. When calling that location to see if the reservation could be canceled without charge the 3-11 shift person said she could only cancel but couldn’t do it without charge since it was done through a 3rd party and I would have to wait until 11 pm when the night auditor came in. I explained that I just drove from Tampa to MD and exhausted. Not phasing her, just a lack of empathy apology and I ended the call. After explaining this to Octavia, when checking in, she offered to contact that location. Which she did and got everything straightened out. She spoke with Eric and took care of everything. I always stay here and will continue to do so. EXCELLENT customer service Octavia, you deserve more than 5 stars!!
