Laguna Gourmet - White Plains

The food here is absolutely delicious! This restaurant is a hidden gem in White Plains, offering great value for money with its affordable prices and fantastic dishes. It's an ideal spot for a casual lunch or dinner, though it may not be the best choice for business meetings or formal appointments. The venue is small with limited windows, which can make it a bit warm inside. Additionally, the service could be improved, as you may experience long wait times for your food due to a shortage of staff. While the drink menu is somewhat limited, I still had to give this place a five-star rating because the food is truly outstanding. If you're in the White Plains area, this is definitely a place you should try; I recommend every appetizer and all their traditional dishes!

As always, the food is uncomplicated yet incredibly delicious, made with care. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I particularly enjoy their tripe soup and tacos filled with pork or tongue. It’s a fantastic spot for a quick meal and to savor some authentic Mexican cuisine along with a good beer. You can choose to dine in or take your order to go. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Great little Mexican restaurant with hot table for tamales and stuff to take out. Love the gigantic dinner plate sized tortas, chorizo, meat, chipotle, cheese, egg, what's not to love. Staff is fantastic, always friendly, very relaxed attitude. Wish I could try all their other dishes but just have to get the torta, tried some pork tacos once, we're really good as well.

I'm a big fan of dinner, especially when it comes to Mexican cuisine. I've tried numerous restaurants in my area, but none compare to Laguna. Laguna has the best tacos—fresh and absolutely delicious! I couldn't ask for a better dining experience; my dad's friend was spot on. The dessert was also amazing! I will definitely be coming back for more tacos and recommending this place to my friends!
