I go there today to get the ice cream but I asked for some changes but one employee said she can do it and the other person said we can’t do it. So the employees don’t know how to gave good customer service . The staff behave rude

The only place I'll get ice cream in White Rock! Great selection, incredible quality, nice service, and decent pricing! The reason I'm only giving 4 out of 5 stars is because there are no dairy-free or lactose-free options. Most other ice cream shops at least have sherbert or something made vegan. My favourites are banana fudge, matcha, raspberry cheesecake, rootbeer float.
Right across from the beach, it is a perfect place to have a coffee and enjoy the views .Coffees good and the service was great.
