Smoke Sow - Whitehorse

This restaurant exceeded my expectations for delicious smokey barbecue meats. It was the best barbecue we have ever eaten, including restaurants from British Columbia, the Pacific Northwest, and Hawaii. We especially loved the ribs and brisket, enjoyed the original sauce on the pulled pork, and found the sides to be just as delicious. We also enjoyed trying the local beer.

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing! Attention all meat lovers, you need to come to this unassuming little spot next to the gas station. Get ready to indulge in delicious brisket, ribs, chili, and all your favorite BBQ dishes. The sauces are incredible. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by Smoke and Sow! We were searching for a restaurant as we left Whitehorse and stumbled upon this gem after being turned away by a busy establishment in town. It was clear from the locals dining there that Smoke and Sow is a favorite spot. The food was delicious, the service top-notch, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Overall, we had a delightful dinner experience!

Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Got a table no problem. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was something out of this world. Best bbq I’ve had in a long time and didn’t expect to find it in the north! Will be back before we leave Whitehorse for SURE.

Delicious Texas-style BQQ, nice little spot with great service and even better food. Had a bunch of things, pretty much the whole menu is good, highly recommend the Tater Tot Trash Can and the Birria tacos as starters but don't sleep on the mains. The Brisket burger I had was phenomenal but the brisket by itself with more sides than you can shake a stick at was great. Also a rarity was a fantastic glass of sweet tea which I didn't expect this far north.
