Very busy Sunday lunch noon. Great busy atmosphere but staff appeared run off their feet. More staff needed. Missed a welcome and smile :) ! Coffee came fairly quickly after we were seated but had a long wait for food. They had run out of zucchini & corn fritters that I chose from menu! Ordered their current promo., Avo on ciabatta with bacon, poached egg and hollandaise and when finally served we had no cutlery and had to wait for it to be delivered to table, meanwhile our lunch was getting cold.

Stopped with 3 friends for a meal and coffee before a movie. Not my choice of venue as I've heard poor reports re this cafe, but went along with my friends suggestion. Our orders took sometime to be collected, 10 minutes and it didn't seem that busy. I had a steak which was awfully chewy and not cooked as I had requested; not even close to. The chips were cold and quite tasteless. Had to cover with tomato sauce to get through them.As someone who is responsible for 60+ workers in my daily job, I am always interested in the health of any organization and workplace culture.This place was really weird. No interaction between staff, a lack of passion in people carrying out their duties and in general, a I don't care about the customer type of vibe. Where's a few smiles?Not surprised to read such negative reviews above when I logged on to write of my experience. There's many great other local cafes around the area so won't be back.

Catch up for lunch with friends, seated upstairs. Friendly accommodating staff took our drinks orders then allowed us to look through lunch menu. I ordered chicken, avo & macadamia salad, looked & tasted delicious. Lovely local place for catch up with friends.

Came to the coffee club with my dad and ordered a latte and a long black respectively. By far the worst coffee's we have tasted. Both were bitter and the milk was burnt. Maybe try Nescafé blend 23 because you'll get a better coffee.
