The Cut Off Restaurant and Bar

Place was quiet when we were there so really got personal service. I had the club sandwich and hubby had Caesar salad. Both excellent. Highly recommend.

Fresh, tasty food and convenient off-sales location. Quality ingredients assembled into comfort food made perfect.Took the family for a late lunch/ early dinner and shared poutine to start. Great clubhouse sandwich: fresh bread, shredded turkey (obviously home-cooked), avocado, spinach. Onion rings and burgers both deemed the best ever eaten (we voted for The Cut-Off in the Whitehorse burger contest). New, clean, thoughtfully laid out Yukon décor. Loads of parking. All around, the BEST family meal we’ve had in the city!

Ordered Pizza, onion rings, a drink, and one pie. Bill was $60.00. Pizza was under cooked and cold, onion rings were heavy with fat and the rings were glue together. I will never go back for food, maybe a drink. I will never tell anyone to go there and I just live down the road.

Stopped with out of town guests to try out this new restaurant this weekend.From the road, it's hard to know it's even there-I had read about it or really would not have paid any attention to it. The signs are right on the building and you can't tell what kind of business it is if you are just driving by. Also, there are no signs on the HWY. When you park and get out, you find yourself wondering where you go to get in. Something at the bottom of the stairway might be a good idea.Now to the food. There were 3 of us and none of us thought $6.00 for a small order of fries and $8.00 for a large-which was not a big order-was a good price considering they were nothing to write home about.The onion rings would have been very good if the oil had been hot enough to fry them without them absorbing so much of it as to make them really greasy. And $11.00?The club sandwich was awkward and the fillings fell out when picked up-large chunks of chicken don't stay in the sandwich. The halibut chunks were good. The wings....The service was good and friendly. Overall, I hope the issues are just opening glitches and that 2 months has not been enough for them to iron out the bumps

I had the huge Prime Rib beef dip with poutine and my sister had the Hippy salad and the Green and Goat pizza. It was awesome! We wish there were more than 5 stars. They have a delicious pick for their Malbec and the best salad EVER!!Worth every penny.
