Pisanello's Pizza - Whitehouse

The service was rude, careless, and lazy. Honestly, the overall experience was quite unpleasant.

I approached the manager/owner of the restaurant and requested if she could place flyers for a community fundraiser event for AW on the pizza boxes. Unfortunately, her response was quite rude; she not only refused but also yelled at me, stating, “I don’t do that.” I was really disappointed by this experience. In contrast, every other pizza place in the AW school district was friendly and willing to help. Just as a side note, Waterville Pisanello’s is NOT affiliated with Whitehouse, and the owner there was extremely kind!

Delicious food! I absolutely love the breadsticks and the s'mores pizza! The staff is fantastic—always friendly and polite.

The pizza is good, but I prefer restaurants that have consistent hours and are open when they claim to be. I attempted to place an order at 9:20 on a Saturday, only to find them closed, even though they’re supposed to be open until 10.

Worst experience I have ever had placing an order over the phone. The girl was EXTREMELY rude. Place is not the same since Angie and Zeke left. Will NEVER order from there again!!
