I have several bad meals at this particular Taco Bell, love Taco Bell in general but this place is not great. Also, one time I was behind an older customer in the drive threw who was trying to give a Gospel Track to the employees and they were openly mocking the gentleman. Yes, I know it's weird and you may not agree with what this guy is trying to do, but it is never appropriate to openly mock a guest. Especially when it is so out in the open another guest was able to very easily pick up on it. But hey, this place is on my commute home so I will definitely be back for some Baja Blasts. Let's just try and act appropriately.
It would be a 5 if they would let the amazing food prep guy do what he shines at. He was happy, super fast, and efficient. Basically, running circles around everyone in the back of the house. There was one unhappy person (female) working in the back that came around chastising and redoing everyone?s work. I watched her come around and belittle everyone, even unwrapped and rewrapped my burrito (no reason) other than to act like he did something wrong and then proceeded to take time to put her gloves on, walk around complaining, and this one super star guy still finished my order. (With a smile under his mask). Management should pay attention to team players and watch who weighs them down. I was passing through but regret not getting names to pass along. Would give it 0 stars if I could! Order was wrong, food was missing and the food we got was cold. Couldn?t even bother to melt the cheese on the Mexican pizza... The gentleman that gave us our order just set it on the counter and walked away. He acted like he hates his job... not even a smile.. not a single word... Didn?t even give me a chance to say I was missing part of my order. Threw almost everything away. Wasted $35!!
The service at the restaurant was disappointing. The machine wasn't functioning, and they didn’t have syrup available. Additionally, customer service could use some improvement. It seems that everyone is dealing with the challenges posed by COVID, but it's clear that some staff members aren't fully committed to their jobs.
