Whittlesea Deli Cafe

Dropped by with the family and found options to please all. The staff were helpful and friendly and service was fast. A good range of options although light on vegetarian or vegan choices, but willing to adapt their existing menu for us.

Great home cooked style breakfast and great coffee. Owner and staff very friendly with prompt service in a relaxed setting.

Fast, friendly hospitality. Yummy food and coffee. Enjoy lingering with the locals and relax with a book or magazine.

Ate lunch here today - poached chicken foccacia, Yum! Dad had the bacon and eggs on toast, very good. Cappucinos were great. As were all the wait staff. Disabled access is good. There is a disabled toilet but access to it in a wheelchair would be tight. We ate outside as it was hot in the cafe probably because it had been such a cold morning. Later, the door was kept open as the weather had warmed. The vanilla slices were lovely, too. A great place for lunch Thank you to the staff especially our cheery waitress.

I have to admit that this is a fairly standard coffees shop/cafe, it is nice enough to grab a coffee and sit down and read a book (which is basically what I did). They have a decent selection of cakes as well, and do an all day breakfast. Okay I wouldn't recommend coming up to Whittlesea to visit this place, but it is a nice place to spend some time if you are already up here.
