Chicago Pizza Kitchen - Wichita Falls

Our first visit to Chicago Pizza Kitchen set the bar high with amazing pizza and dessert. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We are frequent visitors and often recommend it to our friends. Many thanks!

I purchased a 2022 Camp Card to support the Boys Scout. There's an option for $5 off $25 purchase at Wichita Falls location. I tried to use it and cashier did not honor it, no other explanation

I was so excited to try this place for the high rating. Unfortunately I was served mold at this location. You can see the fuzzy mold on the canoli in the picture. I did not realize there was mold until I had taken a bite of it. I went back inside and was refunded the money for the molding canoli. The staff did not seem to care for my well-being and I can say I will not being returning to this place. I've worked at a pizza place before. So, I know that they are supposed to be double checking their products and making sure everything has proper dates which clearly is not being done at this location. If you choose to eat here please triple check your food. Maybe even ask about the dates when it comes to the food you are ordering.

On a Sunday afternoon, there was only one person working the register and 15 people waiting in line to place their orders at the counter. Despite the long wait, the pizza I ordered was still incorrect. I had requested a Chicago-style pizza with paprika, but when it was served, it was loaded with jalapeños and had very little pepperoni. The stuffed crust pizza we also ordered had unexpected toppings like carrots and broccoli, which were not terrible but unnecessary. I will consider going back to give them another chance to get the order right, as I believe it could be a good pizza if made as requested.
