This place offers fantastic coffee and ice cream. I dined in and spent between $10 and $20 per person. Both the food and service were excellent, earning a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was quite enjoyable as well, rating a solid 4. I highly recommend trying the C&B Tiramisu!

I used to order from this restaurant often, but I've noticed a significant decline in both service and food quality over time. Recently, I ordered ice cream and only received the ice cream itself—none of the extra sauces I had paid for were included. There have been multiple occasions where I've received missing items or noticed a lack of effort in delivering quality products. Overall, I would rate the food as a 2, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.

I want to emphasize that this isn't just a one-time issue. My favorite treat is the sprinkle cookie dough bombs—it's the only flavor I enjoy, and I have no interest in the others. Today, Grubhub indicated that the sprinkle ones were in stock, which is what I ordered. To my dismay, for the second consecutive order, I received no utensils or straw, and instead of the sprinkle cookie dough bombs, I got chocolate chip ones. Additionally, my drink had a strange pink whipped cream instead of the regular white that should come with the C and B classic. I would have appreciated a note from whoever prepared my order apologizing for the mix-up, explaining that the sprinkle cookies were out of stock, and addressing the odd whipped cream color. Was there a shortage of regular whipped cream? I wouldn't know, as there was no communication regarding this. What topped off my frustration was again receiving no utensils or straw for a drink that clearly needs at least one of them. Are you all out of stock on these as well? I can't say for sure since this has happened multiple times before. Overall, I feel quite let down and exasperated. Ordering from Grubhub is a rare treat for me, and it gets pricey with fees and tips, so I expect my order to be accurate and for utensils and a straw to be included. If this were just a one-off situation, I wouldn't make a big deal of it, but the frequency of these errors has really tested my patience. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that whoever is in charge of Grubhub orders will work on improving their quality control. Also, please ensure your inventory is up to date—don't allow customers to order items you don't actually have.
