Seafood Shop - Wichita

This past June, we visited this store for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and eager to answer our many questions as they helped us choose the best fish for our dinner guests. We learned so much while admiring their selection of shrimp, Chilean Sea Bass, Steelhead Trout fillets, and more. The following night, we baked the Steelhead trout in parchment paper with extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, kosher salt, cracked pepper, and herbs from our garden. Our guests were absolutely delighted with the fish, which we had never cooked before. Today, I grilled American Wagyu filet mignons from Walnut Grove Ranch, which we purchased at the Seafood Shop. As someone from Kansas, I can honestly say I have never tasted better beef. This locally owned shop is truly a gem! Thank you!

I recently ordered the Scottish Salmon again, and it was outstanding! It was incredibly fresh! I highly recommend it!

I ordered some Alaskan crab legs, which were a bit expensive for just two clusters – I ended up paying nearly $300! However, they were fresh and delicious!

I want to make it a point to always shop here for all things fresh, plus the fantastic local special bonuses! The selection of beautiful fish and seafood is outstanding. The service is courteous and welcoming! I can never resist the extras, such as salads, chutneys, and fresh herbs. The sweetest staff is always there to help on the weekends!
