The Beacon Restaurant - Wichita

This is the quintessential quarter dinner. while that was my first visit, I felt that there hasn't changed anything for decades. it is an old school breakfast place, nothing exotic or imaginative, but has all standards. the omelets are huge, 3 eggs and filled with great ingredients. <br/ <br/ service is top notch, with a waiting staff that has done this for years, some decades and now how to get around the customer, back old school. price is cheap, and if you look at the quantity and quality, the price is remarkably low. <br/ <br/ platz is large, but of what I understand is fulfilled and understandably so. I arrived before the big Sunday morning client and it filled up while I was there, and when I left the parking lot, had no empty spots. a great place to the breakfast in wichita for an old, modern breakfast.

We come to breakfast on Sunday, about once a month. children love eating here and although there are times when it is really busy, we do not have to wait too long for a table

A favorite breakfast spot in Wichita. This is a place that locals consistently visit week after week. Large portions of traditional breakfast food, served by friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. The hashbrowns are perfect. I'm not kidding. Perfect. Crispy exterior and soft, warm interior.

Each and every time we come, they treat us like family! Bacon super crispy, just the way I love it

Food is ok....waitstaff can use a refresher course on how not to be RUDE to older custmers who may not remember their names....my father is older and said miss waitress and she replied my name is mary abd walked off all he wanted was another cup of coffee....didnt leave her a tip for being rude and she banned us from going back....food wasnt too bad a little pricey portions small too
