Wingstop - Wichita

Customer service is depressing, they put me on hold and forgot about it. Should close that location!!!

Order 30 minutes ahead. Had to wait 30 minutes for a total of 1 hr. Then they sit it on the shelf and don't give it to me for another 15. Absolute garbage.

Wait is way too long every time i have been there, as a door dasher that is time i should be able to make money in the 40 minutes it took to make wings and fries with only four people in the store waiting for food. When i took the order to the customer they forgot the fries, i called WingStop to ask them to remake the fries and they told me they were going to block my number. When i was going to pay for the customers fries i got put on hold and hung up on.

The place is an absolute joke. Employees dancing instead of making food. Food always takes an hour to make. Very unprofessional people here. Go somewhere else.

Everytime I come to this wing stop THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT!!!!! It’s always soooo fire everytime there is never a time my food is not good!!!!
