Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered a burger without pickles, which clearly had a label specifying "no pickle". However, when I opened the burger, there was a pickle right in the middle. It shouldn't be that difficult to make a burger! This isn't my first time experiencing this issue in the past 10 years of dining here. The staff at McDonald's in Leigh Asda need to improve their training and attention to detail. The manager was seen angrily throwing food away, which is unacceptable. Please sort out your staff and ensure they follow instructions properly.
I don't understand the purpose of the drive-thru if they ask you to park and then don't bring out your order. In the span of 15 minutes, I saw others receive their orders and drive off while I had to go inside to collect mine, despite it not being a large order. The staff is always friendly, but I find the parking situation to be a joke.
Yet another order that is missing a meal. Everytime anything is ordered via the app, there is something missing. It has now got to the point that uber eats who deliver on behalf of mcdonalds via the app will no longer refund due to the constant mistakes the restraint is making. How do get this so wrong, three times in a row. I should have learnt the last two times... avoid delivery and check your drive through....
I used the app to order than we were waited in the car for 20mins while everyone in the drive thru who were after us got served, than I asked a guy about our order he didn’t say anything useful than I asked a “manager” when I saw him and he WROTE DOWN MY ORDER TO A PAPER AFTER 25mins of wait. Than a guy brought our food without the drinks and I realised that they overcooked the fries and they had a strange reddish brown look and they were dry af. The guy said it was fresh but it really wasn’t. I asked him to please bring me a normal fries and he took the bag and never came back. After 30mins of wait we went inside and they were incredibly rude to us even one of the girls asked me if I wanted anything else? Like, yes maybe do your job instead of provoking hungry customers who just want to get their food.. The customer service at this place is absolute 0 they should just shut it down. Finally we got uncooked fries and overcooked fries as well.. Never go there again
Second time in the last couple of weeks I went through the drive through Mc Donald's Leigh. Both times not busy but waited 5 mins at the ordering stand. They then proceeded to take orders from the other bay even though they had only just pulled up. Payment window very abrupt. Then pick up point no hello/ thank you or kiss my bum. Not a word. Mc Donald,s seem to be just geared up for Uber and just eats, and are now not bothered about their old customers. Very poor service.
