The Lion - Wigan

This pub was at one time the best pub in the town.but now it's dirty the beer is good or bad depending on the day you go in. This pub needs sombody who is interested in running a pub and that's not the people who...have it now.

This restaurant has always been a reliable choice, and after a period of closure it is now reopened under new ownership. The owner served an excellent pint and had Sky Sports available. The atmosphere was great, with a traditional style pub setting.

I absolutely loved it! Once again, at my local restaurant, the landlady was very friendly and the place was very clean. I will definitely be back.

My neighborhood pub is temporarily closing for renovations from May 6th to June 22nd. I'm looking forward to seeing the updated space with more room for gatherings. I hope my regulars and coworkers will continue to enjoy the lively atmosphere once the pub reopens.

Exellent food the steaks are better than the so called steak pubs and a lot cheaper a tenner for sirloin!! Awesome and no frozen veg or chips either top marks nice and friendly atmosphere. this is a pub not a resteraunt but better food...
