Írjon visszajelzéstI typically enjoy Waba Grill, but the experience at this location was disappointing. When my daughter and I asked if the restroom was available, we were told it was broken, and that the staff had to use the restroom at Albertsons instead. I almost lost my appetite over that. To make matters worse, the front door was also broken, and the thermostat was set to a sweltering 80 degrees. I won't be returning here again.
I always loved Waba Grill and Wildomar were the best. The last times I ordered, I was very disappointed. I let it go a few times because everyone has bad days. After my 4th bad experience, I decided to comment. I'm sad and disappointed. I know we live in a recession, but the proportions and quality have become so ridiculous that I will not come back. I'm ready to pay for good food. They do not serve quality for the price. The dishes have hardly any meat lately and rice tastes old and bowl is not even filled. The soup was half full with only broth... nothing else in it and was not even sadly frustrated and disappointed. I'm not coming back to this place soon.
Honestly, I have never written a bad review, but I am really insulted by all the experience of this particular place. It definitely needs new management to save this place. The environment was disgusting, the food was both moderate and the employees.
Waba Grill needs new management, it's terrible. I have a CANCELLED order two days ago that I didn't get my money back. After I called again today, I spoke to a manager and was told that I will probably not be able to get it today. I wonder how her working ethics would change if she was a customer and heard from a manager's mouth that you will return your money to an order you do not receive is not my priority as a manager now. I want the manager to be honest. If you give a customer back their money, too much of a task is for you to handle AFTER, the customer has reached you several times, then you don't have to manage everything, but your new resume, which means customer service, is my weakness. Make my order seriously. If it is not done today, I will file a complaint against the manager and the business itself. That's ridiculous.
June 6th, about 1:00 I got waba grill the rice is stale taste old, the chicken there was barely anything they even took some chicken out of the bowl before packing it up to go. They?re very skimpy with their food. This is the worst waba grill I?ve ever had.
