The Oaks On 44 - Wildwood

Fantastic cake cakes which were much better than any we had in Maryland. The potatoes ganache over crab with saffron sauce was excellent. The presentation and service were the best of any restaurant in the area. While the atmosphere isn't the best the food and service more than makes up for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

After seeing the health reports on this place I won't eat there. He has failed every one this year. Serious violations Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They were welcoming and we had a nice experience. Our guests had a bit of a problem because the main rib was too rare and returned twice. It's a real blow from the 1970s country club. The delicate piano music was beautiful. We're going back.

Most all places in The Villages were booked. We stumbled upon The Oaks and are so glad we did! Food was spectacular, the ambiance was unique and staff were very accommodating.

All things considered, our experience was great. Our entrees arrived at the table later than we would have preferred but we still enjoy our evening and the meal immensely.
