Buffalo Wild Wings - Wilkes-Barre

For the first time at BWW. Had the All American Burgers, Pommes and Mango habanero wings. The children had chicken and pommes. Everything was great. My burger was particularly good. Loved the bungalow and the thickly cut bacon. Thank you. We'll be back.

My experience was incredible! The staff was friendly and attentive, and we didn’t have to wait long despite having a group of six. The food was fresh and delicious. The restrooms were clean as well. Our waiter was fantastic and showed a lot of patience with us, especially since we had a large order.

Our server, Marissa, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly and incredibly kind. The food was delicious. I ordered the spicy garlic wings, but I didn’t realize just how spicy they would be! My stomach definitely doesn’t handle that level of heat well. However, Marissa quickly and cheerfully resolved my issue, even though it was my own mistake. Thank you, Marissa!

What impressed me most was that she didn't interrupt our meal, yet seemed to appear right when we needed anything, almost like magic. Her service was as good, if not better, than what we've experienced in much fancier establishments. As for the food, it ranged from good to fantastic, especially the three sauces we tried, and the portion sizes were just right. The kitchen was flexible with our requests, prices were reasonable, and overall, this was a fantastic fast-casual meal on a busy day.
