Employees are rude to customers. When business hours say lobby is open til 11pm, they kick customers out at 10pm, after we ordered. No napkins in food bag. Waited 20 min for food when no other customers were ordering. Bad service all around.

Worst place to eat waited 30 minutes for food the order was wrong they wouldn’t fix it and told us to kick rocks terrible service

We waited for about 10mins before we were helped. We've been traveling all day so we decided to stop for dinner. After placing our order my family were getting their drinks when they all complained there was no carbonation in their drink, all syrup. I let the gentlemen know who was working the drive thru and helped take our order and said the sodas were not working. He never mentioned to us they were not working until I brought it up. If I knew it wasn't working I wouldn't have ordered combos. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Lupita came over and pretty much told me she couldn't do anything and did not find a way to rectify the issue. Definitely not happy with the service we received today. Spent a pretty penny for a family of 7 to pretty much eat without our drinks.

Awesome, friendly people food was hot fresh, made to order... AAAAAAAA

An AI taking orders was annoying. It took forever to get our food, a burger and wrap.
