There were dogs and other animals near the food, which I found to be unsanitary and likely a health violation.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff closed the kitchen 40 minutes early because they were ready to leave. The chicken on the rack looked like it was past its prime. Considering this is located at a 24-hour truck stop, it’s not providing good service for truckers looking for a hot meal. Popeyes really needs to improve, and based on these reviews, it seems they aren't making any changes. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve had Popeye’s chicken sandwiches at multiple locations and they’ve been good. This location was awful. The bread tasted old and the chicken really greasy and not fresh. I didn’t finish it. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
